In this series, An will introduce you to archetype families, and help you discover which archetypes within those families, influence you. The Process she uses with her students is called SoulCollage®, developed by author Seena Frost. We will be basing our exploration loosely on archetypes groups originally developed by Caroline Myss.

Once you have a better understanding of archetypes, you can gain valuable insight into why you have a certain personality, behaviors, and ideas, and how archetypes influence your relationship with others.
