What Is An Archetype?

Have you ever wondered why you are the way you are?
"An archetype is an inborn pattern of images, ideas, and instinctual impulses that functions much like a hidden magnet; we cannot actually see such underlying patterns, but "we are propelled by their energy."-Marion Woodman, author of "Leaving My Father's House"

They reside in our unconscious and influence us sometimes without us even being aware. They affect our emotions, give life a sense of personal meaning, and help us better understand others.

In this series, An will introduce you to archetype families, and help you discover which archetypes within those families, influence you.

The Process she uses with her students is called SoulCollage®, developed by author Seena Frost.

We will be basing our exploration loosely on archetypes groups originally developed by Caroline Myss.

Live Sessions

Students who are enrolled in the series have the opportunity to participate in select live sessions with An depending on the time of enrollment. Please see the calendar below for dates and times.
